AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADVERTISING OF SERVICES BY HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to require disclosure of information concerning health care providers' training and experience.
Statement of Purpose:
To strengthen truth in advertising by requiring disclosure of information concerning the training and abilities of physicians and other health care providers.
