AN ACT CONCERNING REPORTS OF IMPAIRED HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to require health care professionals to report impaired colleagues to the proper authorities for investigation and treatment.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure patient safety.
