AN ACT LIMITING THE ADVERTISING OF ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the advertising of electronic nicotine delivery systems, as defined in section 53-344b of the general statutes, to conform with the requirements for advertising tobacco products in this state.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the advertising of electronic nicotine delivery systems.
