AN ACT PROHIBITING DOG RACING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 226 and subsection (b) of section 17a-713 of the general statutes be amended to repeal provisions concerning the licensing and operation of dog racing.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit dog racing.
