AN ACT CONCERNING PARENT ATTENDANCE AT SAFE DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-36j of the general statutes be amended to allow parents or guardians to attend the required two-hour session of driving instruction only once in a five-year period.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow parents or guardians to attend only one two-hour session of driving instruction in a five-year period.
