AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF STREAMLINING THE PLANNING AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS BETWEEN TOWNS AND THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Transportation study streamlining the process of approving and carrying out projects between departments and towns.
Statement of Purpose:
To streamline the process of planning and project development between towns and the Department of Transportation.
