AN ACT CONCERNING RIDE-SHARING COMPANIES AND DRIVERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Motor Vehicles to regulate ride-sharing companies and drivers.
Statement of Purpose:
To regulate the rideshare industry.
