AN ACT LIMITING THE USE OF FUNDS IN THE SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require all the funds in the Special Transportation Fund be used only for transportation purposes, and not used for, or transferred to, other purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To "lock" the Transportation Fund.
