AN ACT CONCERNING DRIVER'S LICENSE RENEWALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow persons who have outstanding out-of-state tickets that are more than thirty years old shall not be denied a renewal of their motor vehicle operator's license.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow persons with old, outstanding, out-of-state tickets to renew their driver's licenses.
