AN ACT CONCERNING THE OPERATION OF GOLF CARTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-300g of the general statutes be amended to change the requirement that a person must hold a valid Connecticut motor vehicle operator's license to operate a golf cart on certain roads, to requiring a valid operator's license from any jurisdiction.
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify that anyone with a valid driver's license can operate golf carts on certain specified roads.
