AN ACT MAKING FOREIGN BIRTH CERTIFICATES ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION TO OBTAIN A "DRIVE-ONLY" LICENSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-36m of the general statutes be amended to add a foreign birth certificate as an acceptable secondary form of identity for purposes of the limited operator's license.
Statement of Purpose:
To include a foreign birth certificate as a secondary form of identification for the "drive-only" license.
