AN ACT CONCERNING A CHANGE TO THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GROTON-NEW LONDON AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT ZONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the boundaries of the Groton-New London Airport development zone be adjusted to include a portion of New London within the zone.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow both Groton and New London to take advantage of the airport development zone designation in order to carry out the intended purposes, and better capitalize on the benefits of, such a zone.
