AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VETERANS TO AGRICULTURE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a veterans to agriculture program which provides tax incentives to veterans who start an agricultural business and requires the Departments of Agriculture, Veterans' Affairs and Labor to assist veterans to start or expand an agricultural business.
Statement of Purpose:
To incentivize and assist veterans in starting an agricultural business.
