AN ACT CONCERNING VETERANS EXPERIENCING POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER OR POST COMBAT STRESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) provide services to veterans who served in time of war and who have been diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder, and (2) establish a pilot program providing treatment to veterans who served in time of war and who are experiencing post combat stress.
Statement of Purpose:
To assist veterans suffering from post traumatic stress disorder or post combat stress.
