AN ACT CONCERNING STUDENT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT IN MAGNET SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-264l of the general statutes be amended to require interdistrict magnet school programs to enroll only those students who score at basic or below basic.
Statement of Purpose:
To require interdistrict magnet school programs to accept only those students who score at basic or below basic.
