AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY LIFE-THREATENING FOOD ALLERGIES IN SCHOOLS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That a task force be established to study the implementation and enforcement of the guidelines for the management of students with life-threatening food allergies and glycogen storage disease, developed by the Department of Education pursuant to section 10-212c of the general statutes. The task force shall submit such study to the joint standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to education and public health, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes.

Statement of Purpose: 

To establish a task force to study life-threatening food allergies in schools.
