AN ACT REQUIRING NAEYC ACCREDITATION FOR ALL PRESCHOOL PROGRAMS OFFERED BY CHARTER SCHOOLS AND MAGNET SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to require that all preschool programs offered by a charter school and interdistrict magnet school be accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
Statement of Purpose:
To require all preschool programs offered by charter schools and magnet schools to be accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
