AN ACT INCREASING FINES FOR THE LITTERING OF CIGARETTE FILTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase fines for any person who litters their cigarette filter.
Statement of Purpose:
To discourage the littering of cigarette filters.
