AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MICRO-WINERY MANUFACTURER PERMIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to establish a micro-winery manufacturer permit to allow the tasting of free samples of wine, the sale at retail from the premises of wine by the glass and sealed bottles of wine and the sale and delivery or shipment of wine manufactured by the permittee directly to a consumer in this state, and that "premises", for purposes of such permit, be defined to be premises other than those for which a farm winery permit has been granted.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a micro-winery manufacturer permit.
