AN ACT AUTHORIZING PACKAGE STORES TO SELL CIGARS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 30-20 of the general statutes be amended to allow the sale of cigars at stores operating under a package store permit.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow package stores to sell cigars.
