AN ACT ALLOWING RESTAURANTS AND BARS TO FILL GROWLERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to allow restaurants and bars holding valid alcoholic liquor permits to fill growlers with beer.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow restaurants and bars to fill growlers.
