AN ACT CONCERNING THE DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 8-37aa and 8-37bb of the general statutes be amended to improve available funding and fair housing reporting requirements for agencies financing or otherwise supporting the creation, preservation or use of subsidized housing.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve the data collection and analysis of affordable housing.
