AN ACT CONCERNING TOILET FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368a of the general statutes be amended to require that all work sites and the general public attending special events have easy access to clean, sanitary and functional nonsewered toilets when there is inadequate sewered toilet facilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To require adherence to standards set by the American National Standards Institute for nonsewered toilet facilities.
