AN ACT CONCERNING POSTURAL SCREENING IN SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-214 of the general statutes be amended to remove the requirement that local and regional boards of education provide certain pupils with annual postural screening.
Statement of Purpose:
To remove the mandate for schools to provide postural screening.
