AN ACT CONCERNING MILITARY ENLISTMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that anyone joining the United States military must watch a video pertaining to veterans' issues before signing enlistment paperwork.
Statement of Purpose:
To require potential members of the military to be informed of veterans' issues.
