AN ACT CONCERNING THE MILITARY DEPARTMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Adjutant General to establish a program under which the Military Department can share information on members of the National Guard, including, but not limited to, information regarding training, skills and education, with the Labor Department's Office for Veterans' Workforce Development.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a program wherein the Military Department shares information on members of the National Guard with the Labor Department.
