AN ACT CONCERNING POLYCHLORINATED BIPHENYL IN PUBLIC SCHOOL BUILDINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 173 of the general statutes be amended to assist local and regional boards of education in addressing the presence of polychlorinated biphenyl in school buildings.
Statement of Purpose:
To assist school districts in addressing the PCB contamination in school buildings.
