AN ACT IMPLEMENTING CULTURAL COMPETENCY IN EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to ensure that all students have access to a quality, culturally-appropriate education.
Statement of Purpose:
To implement cultural competency in education.
