AN ACT CONCERNING THE RIGHTS OF INCARCERATED PARENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide parents with a reasonable opportunity to comply with court orders and services required for child reunification while the parent is incarcerated.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the unnecessary termination of parental rights.
