AN ACT IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY OF INSPECTIONS BY LOCAL FIRE MARSHALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 29-305 of the general statutes be amended to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the inspection of buildings and facilities by fire marshals.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the inspection of buildings and facilities by fire marshals.
