AN ACT CONCERNING OPEN CONTAINERS IN MOTOR VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to have an open container prohibition that comports with 23 USC 154.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the number of crashes and fatalities resulting from drivers operating under the influence of alcohol.
