AN ACT CONCERNING THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS ADMITTED TO A REGIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION CENTER FOR ANY SCHOOL YEAR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (a) of section 10-64 of the general statutes be amended to require that the total number of students admitted to a regional agricultural science and technology education center from any school district be at least equal to the average number of students from such school district admitted to such center during the previous three school years.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase access to and the number of seats in regional agricultural science and technology education centers.
