AN ACT REDUCING THE SALES AND USE TAX RATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 12-408, 12-411 and 12-411b of the general statutes be amended to reduce the rate of sales and use taxes from six and thirty-five-hundredths per cent to six per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the sales and use tax rate to six per cent.
