AN ACT ELIMINATING THE SALES TAX ON HEALTH AND ATHLETIC CLUB DUES AND INITIATION FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 219 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the sales tax on health and athletic club dues and initiation fees.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the sales tax on health and athletic club dues and initiation fees.
