AN ACT CONCERNING ADMINISTRATIVE SEARCH WARRANTS TO ENABLE CERTAIN PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL TO INSPECT BUILDINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That part II of chapter 959 of the general statutes be amended to establish a procedure for the issuance of administrative search warrants to allow any local fire marshal, deputy fire marshal, fire inspector or other inspector or investigator to inspect a building or facility as required by subsection (b) of section 29-305 of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a procedure for the issuance of administrative search warrants to allow any local fire marshal, deputy fire marshal, fire inspector or other inspector or investigator to inspect a building or facility.
