AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR EXPERIMENTAL DRUGS FOR CERTAIN ILLNESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a be amended to require health insurance coverage for experimental drugs for certain illnesses.
Statement of Purpose:
To require health insurance coverage for experimental drugs for certain illnesses.
