AN ACT CONCERNING REGULATION AND TAXATION OF THE PRODUCTION, SALE AND USE OF MARIJUANA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow marijuana use for persons twenty-one years of age and older, and to regulate the sale, possession, use and growth of marijuana.
Statement of Purpose:
To make the possession, sale, transport, growth and use of set amounts of marijuana legal for persons twenty-one years of age or older, subject to certain restrictions.
