AN ACT DECREASING THE TIME FRAMES FOR URGENT CARE ADVERSE DETERMINATION REVIEW REQUESTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to decrease the time frame for all urgent care adverse determination review requests.
Statement of Purpose:
To decrease the time frame for all urgent care adverse determination review requests.
