AN ACT CONCERNING WAIVER BY MUNICIPALITIES OF INTEREST ON DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 204 of the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities, at their option, to waive the one and one-half per cent monthly interest on delinquent property taxes.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize a local option to waive interest on delinquent property taxes.
