AN ACT REQUIRING AUTOMOBILE DEALERS TO PROVIDE PURCHASERS WITH A COPY OF THE MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require automobile dealers to provide purchasers of vehicles with a copy of the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide purchasers of automobiles with information regarding their rights under the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act.
