AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN MUNICIPAL PROJECTS FROM PREVAILING WAGE REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to exempt from the prevailing wage requirements projects funded by small town economic assistance program grants.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt STEAP grant projects from the prevailing wage requirements.
