AN ACT PROVIDING FUNDING FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE HARBOR AREA OF THE HOWARD BROWN PARK IN NORWICH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of one million two hundred thousand dollars be appropriated to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, for the purpose of funding improvements to the harbor area of Howard Brown Park in the town of Norwich, including replacement of the park's fishing docks.
Statement of Purpose:
To make necessary improvements to the fishing docks at Howard Brown Park in Norwich.
