AN ACT ESTABLISHING IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION PROTOCOLS FOR MINORS SEEKING TO MAINTAIN ACCOUNTS WITH PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to establish identification verification protocols for minors seeking to maintain accounts with public service companies.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the identities and credit history of minors.
