AN ACT CONCERNING THE NONDISCLOSURE OF A STUDENT'S PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 168 of the general statutes be amended to permit the parent or guardian of a student to choose to not have such student's personal information disclosed.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow parents and guardians to safeguard their child's personal information.
