AN ACT CONCERNING THE HEIGHT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to place height restrictions on affordable housing developments in municipalities with fewer than fifty thousand residents.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent high rise affordable housing in small towns.
