AN ACT EXPANDING THE HAZING LAW TO INCLUDE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 53-23a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit hazing among high school students and to increase the penalty for hazing.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand and strengthen the hazing law.
