AN ACT CONCERNING CERTIFICATE OF NEED FOR TRANSFER OF A PHYSICIANS' GROUP PRACTICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368z of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the requirement for a certificate of need for a transfer of ownership of a physicians' group practice.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the requirement for a certificate of need for transfer of ownership of a physicians' group practice, as required by section 6 of public act 14-168.
