AN ACT PERMITTING VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR COVERAGE UNDER A STATE GROUP HOSPITALIZATION AND MEDICAL AND SURGICAL PLAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit volunteer firefighters to be eligible for coverage under a state group hospitalization and medical and surgical plan.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit volunteer firefighters to be eligible for coverage under a state group hospitalization and medical and surgical plan.
