AN ACT LIMITING OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES FOR EPINEPHRINE PENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to limit insureds' out-of-pocket expenses for automatic prefilled cartridge injectors or similar automatic injectable equipment used to deliver epinephrine in a standard dose for emergency first aid response to allergic reactions.
Statement of Purpose:
