AN ACT PROHIBITING CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE IN AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE POLICIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit automobile insurance policies from excluding from coverage any agent, representative or employee of the owner of a motor vehicle, as described in section 31-293a of the general statutes, that is involved in an accident with a fellow employee, where such accident was caused by negligence in the operation of such vehicle.
Statement of Purpose:
